When the developer first established the Laurenwood subdivision, a set of bylaws were established regulating certain aspects of the neighborhood. The restrictions are designed to maintain the quality of the subdivision, assure a consistent community plan for preserving property values and for respect of each other as neighbors. The restrictions may not be agreeable to everyone, but are designed as guidelines for the community as a whole. Please remember, we are required to submit our plans for improvement to the Architectural Control Committee prior to beginning any construction. Below you will find a form to utilize in applying for approval of your improvements. Please provide as much information about the request as possible including drawings, proposed colors, location and any other applicable information. We will try to respond to all requests within 72 hours.
